ICA manufactures, designs, and integrates protective foam packaging across all manner of shipping containers meeting custom and industry specifications.
Walled skids, wood packing crates, and boxes are sized, shaped, and cushioned to protect your product during transport and storage. We work to drawings or build to product specifications. Our protective foam packaging designs are certified for Export Overseas, UN-HazMat, and Military Specs in accordance with ISPM15. Available in a broad range of designs and configurations, ICA’s foam integrated crates & boxes are currently used to package diverse products, from automotive door panels, industrial appliances, heavy industrial equipment, to military firearms. We’re experts at navigating shipping obstacles, company-wide or worldwide, and partner with customers to build solutions that work perfectly for their unique applications.

Military Specification: Common rigid wood shipping containers/wood packing crates. Primarily used for loads of greater than 2500#/ 1100K and higher than 48″/1200 mm. Typically will not exceed 20/6000 mm in length and a width not to exceed that dictated by common transport methods. Capacities are based on a combination of standard specifications and common industry practices. Mil-C-104 was recently superseded by ASTM-D-7478, but is still commonly referenced.
